The Fellow Experience

Literacy Lab’s Fellow Experience team ensures that our committed and talented Fellows have holistic support and a meaningful experience while working alongside students and their communities to address the nation’s literacy crisis. Working in collaboration with partners, the Fellow Experience team manages each stage of the Fellow lifecycle to facilitate their development as educators and mentors to students by providing Fellows with human resources support and fostering a people-first culture.
