Alumni Board

The Alumni Board works on the following areas: 

• Establishing the Alumni Board: Formalizing the vision and strategy for the alumni board 
• Alumni engagement: Help us engage alumni in a meaningful way 
• Fundraising support: Through testimonials, making connections within their networks, and attending meetings alongside Literacy Lab staff members
• Replenishing the Johnson Dillon fund that supports program participants 
• Program improvement: Advise our team on how to better support program participants
