Dana has a doctoral degree in Neuroscience. She constantly strives for innovation and practices lifelong learning. In the past three years, Dana took her passion for education a leap forward. Transitioning from her full-time position as a Neuroscientist in biotech to becoming a founder and CEO. In her EdTech company, tailorEd, Dana designed and developed software for analyzing students’ progress on digital learning tools and mastery outcomes to fully support personalized learning models. This platform is currently used by some of the most innovative schools in the country. Dana drives product design and development, manages sales, hires, and wins awards to support the company. Her mission is to create the most accessible, simple, and affordable technological solution to help educators transition to a personalized learning model regardless of their classrooms’ sizes and budgets. She believes in human potential to create a better world and it is her dream to help grow students’ agency over their learning by providing them and their educators the best tools to do so.
